**Production Planner** - 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday - Salary DOE

**Duties will include but not limited to**

Work collaboratively with all departments in Haverhill and our Milton Keynes office to effectively plan production based on manufacturing orders, capacity and customer expectations.
- Update and maintain the capacity planner including all wallboards providing visibility to the Manufacturing and Sales teams
- Ensure all orders are scheduled for manufacturing on the day of receipt in line with our KPIs and business strategy
- Ensure issues associated with the manufacturability of the orders are escalated for resolution in a timely manner
- Ensure drawing issues are escalated to HH Engineering team for verification as required
- Make on the spot decisions while dealing with MOs related issues (while also recognizing when to escalate to the organization)
- Operate autonomously on a day-to-day basis in line with business needs and demand management (while also recognizing when to escalate to the organization)
- Attend daily morning production meetings and make necessary scheduling adjustment as required
- Maintain all MO related data including accurate ship dates, statuses and picklists
- Communicate effectively with the MK based Purchasing team to ensure adequate materials are kept on site in HH
- Focus on delivering the best possible lead time to Customers and continuously review past lead times to drive improvements
- Respond proactively and willingly to and embrace change, along with daily interruptions to planned workload, including reprioritisation of customer specific orders as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
