Our client, a leading meat manufacturer that who are an enormous online retailer, have notified us of an opening at their site based in North Yorkshire. They're looking for a skilled butcher to join the team who has experience in working with carcasses.This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who have grown exponentionally as of late and are forecasted for further drastic growth.
- **What the job entails**_
- Trimming beef, pork and lamb
- Working knowledge of customer specifications
- Ensure that the team runs efficiently by working together
- Comply with all Health and Safety, Hygiene, and food quality standards in accordance with company rules and regulations
- Offer appropriate support and input to projects undertaken in the business
- Maturity, energy and intelligence in the field
- Portray initiative, have patience and flexibility

**_Qualifications _**
- Butchery qualifications
- Food Safety Level 2
- HACCP level 2
- Desireable - Institute Master Butcher Membership & ERP knowledge
