**Front of House Assistant**

We are looking for the following role / hours to be fulfilled within our team in Ferndown
- Saturday 09:00 - 15:00
Sunday 10:00 - 14:00

Monday 07:00-15:00

Tuesday 07:00-15:00

Working with us at Love All Food is about providing excellent customer service and ensuring everyone who walks in the door feels comfortable and welcomed, whilst enjoying the job you do.

Experience in a customer service role would be beneficial, but not essential.

**Who we're looking for**

Members of the Love All Food team should be friendly, confident and personable. Above all, you must provide outstanding customer service. As well as keeping the shop clean and tidy at all times, it is just as important that the team are clean and organised. You are literally the face of the business, so your appearance, your attitude and your behaviour must be of the highest standard at all times.

Love All Food is not just about great tasting coffee, it’s about a fantastic experience. Customers should feel like part of the family and enjoy their whole visit from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. It will be your job to ensure that happens.

**Duties will include**
- Welcoming customers and taking orders
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Table service
- Clearing of tables and general cleaning
- Helping close down and tidy at end of day

**Pay**

Pay dependant on age and experience. £4.81 - £10.42 p/h
