**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take orders accurately and provide detailed information about menu items, including food preparation methods and specials.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customers concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, bar areas, and waiting areas.
- Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown of events.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while following company policies for financial procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of bartending practices is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards helping customers and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
