**Personal Assistant to the Founder**

**Location**: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office, with travel flexibility)
**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Role Summary**

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an ambitious, purpose-led environment. The Personal Assistant will act as the right hand to the Founder, ensuring smooth coordination across leadership, partners, and global events. You’ll balance professionalism with discretion, handling both business and personal matters with care, efficiency, and precision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage complex international calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries across multiple time zones
- Act as primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, including investors, board members, media, and charity partners
- Prepare and organise meetings, briefing materials, reports, and presentations
- Draft and manage professional correspondence and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Support with administrative tasks related to business operations, fundraising, and event preparation
- Manage confidential information with absolute discretion
- Coordinate logistics for press appearances, galas, and partnership events
- Liaise with team members to ensure follow-up and delivery on key action items
- Provide personal assistance where necessary, including scheduling, errands, and household coordination

**Essential Qualifications & Attributes**
- 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, CEO, or founder
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Valid UK or EU passport and willingness to travel internationally (up to 75%)

**Desirable Skills**
- Familiarity with accounting or expense management software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- Understanding of corporate governance or board administration
- A passion for social impact, fundraising, or charitable causes
