**Overview**
**Duties**
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process accounts payable, including verifying invoices and preparing payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports to assist in budget management.
- Assist with year-end audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Utilise accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage for efficient record-keeping.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£38,229.03 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
