**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist team in delivering rehearsals.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to service users requiring additional support.
- Mentor students by offering guidance, encouragement, and emotional support to promote their social development.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
- Knowledge of special education principles and techniques for supporting students with disabilities.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities on the autism spectrum.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with service users, carers and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude essential for fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Awareness of safeguarding.
- Previous experience in tutoring or mentoring is advantageous but not essential. This role provides an enriching environment for those eager to make a positive impact on young learners' lives while developing valuable skills in education and special needs support.
- Some background in performing arts would be useful.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 25 months
