Automotive Quality Control Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Attend meetings on behalf of customer
- Investigate quality claims
- Carrying out sorting/reworks
- Root cause analysis
- Tracking performance of customer products
- Assisting customers with launch of new products
- Assisting customers with warranty claims
- Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and results

**Requirements**:

- Driving Licence
- Proven experience in quality Control or within the automotive industry
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
