**Clinical Responsibilities**: Deliver patient care at the PCNs Overflow Hub Ensure legal and professional accountability within PCN policies Conduct advanced clinical assessments and interventions Safely manage complex or urgent care cases Obtain informed consent for treatments and investigations Order and interpret diagnostic tests Proactively address unsafe situations and escalate when necessary Share expertise with primary and secondary care teams Contribute to system improvements for patient health Address individual clinical needs, including child protection Prescribe medication based on evidence-based practice Maintain accurate patient records Adapt clinical skills to different settings Continuously evaluate patient condition and adjust care plans Review and develop clinical pathways Implement infection prevention measures and audits Educate patients, relatives, and staff Consider patient perspectives in decision-making Support health education for patients and carers Promote health through coordinated activities Please read the Full Job Description for a better understanding of the role.
