**About the Healthcare Assistant Position**

Advantage Healthcare has a female service user in the Telford area whom we are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support her throughout the day and night.

You will be working as part of a core team and always supporting on a 2:1 basis due to the lady having a Spinal Cord Injury and requiring support with manual handling.

As a Healthcare assistant you will also be required to assist this lady with her daily personal care needs which includes Catheter care, medication management preparing meals in her apartment and aiding and supporting her to access social activities andmedical appointments.

Healthcare Assistants ideally will have worked with similar clinical complex care, however full complex care training and support will be provided to you.

**Hours of work available will be;**

Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 19:00

Monday - Sunday 19:00 - 07:00 Waking Night

As a Care Assistant duties will vary dependent on each client's individual care plan. These may include personal care, assistance with moving and handling, support with community outings and medication administration.
