Mixologist/waitress

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and drinks to customers
- Create innovative and visually appealing drink recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in restocking bar supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and transactions
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
