Joining us as an Broking Account Handler means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends here) earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a generous bonus structure. **So, what does the role of an Broking Account Handler here involve?**

Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise in a timely, technically accurate and cost-effective manner, in accordance with procedure and performance standards.
- Collate and prepare reports for both client and insurer market.
- Checking policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to receipt by clients.
- Handle the invoicing of premiums due, maintaining effective credit control in respect of allocated clients.
- Process correspondence, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input.
- Ensuring that all post and diary activity is completed on a daily basis
- Manage own files as per local procedures.
- Handle inbound queries and tasks on behalf of the Account Executive
