**Cover Supervisor needed for Slough Secondary School - September Start**
Academic Ltd are looking for enthusiastic teaching staff who are searching for day-to-day, short-term or long-term supply work in schools around Slough for September. If you are looking for rewarding, flexible work, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Academic Ltd are searching for cover supervisors and teaching staff to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across the Slough area. With the new academic year just around the corner, we are looking to be in a position where we can support local schoolswith their supply requirements. We are looking for people who are passionate about education with excellent behaviour management who can quickly build rapport with students and teachers alike.
Cover supervisor work is an excellent choice for those who are looking for flexibility and a chance to make a big difference in children's lives. It is also an excellent option for people who are looking to get their foot in the door to the world of teaching,or for those who have been away from the classroom for some time and are looking for a route back in.
- Monitor student behaviour in the classroom
- Be familiar with the schools policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems
- Have a degree
- Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
- The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
- Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a good behaviour management skills.
- A commitment to helping children reach their full potential
