Working within this large but friendly Property Management department, located near Reading,

You will be responsible for carrying out regurlar visits to our managed properties across Woodley, Earley, Twyford Caversham and Reading, a company vehicle will be supplied to use for the appointments, you will need to book your visits in advance with outtenants many are accessed with our keys, in the aftrenoons you will head back to the office and download the report to be sent to the landlord or the property manager to disscuss any works required.

Although this position will be currently covering maternity cover for at least 12 month we are offering this on a permanent basis, as the individual will be able to join our property management team moving forward.

The postition is monday to friday and a driving licence is required

(We may consider part time depending on the amount of hours required)

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
