Anglian Water are seeking to appoint a Process Architect. This role is key in leading the process change, understanding the opportunity that SAP S/4HANA presents us across finance, supply chain, customer and wholesale services, operations and asset management.

You will work closely with the business to understand how we manage business processes via SAP today, and with the business, programme team and BI partners to understand what the future standard SAP processes will entail. You will also evaluate the scaleof process change, seek to maximise benefit realisation, and support the business transformation towards process performance management.

**What does it take to be a Process Architect?**

This role requires a balance of both strong technical skills, excellent stakeholder management and influencing, and coaching and capability development in Lean ways of working. You'll bring experience of process change delivery and demonstrable experienceof process improvement and BPM practices, use of tools and techniques. Other requirements include:

- Lean or Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent process improvement experience
- Strong expertise in using process analysis and improvement tools and in particular, different process mapping techniques
- Ability to challenge the status quo constructively and engage stakeholders positively in the opportunity for change
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach to fit organisational culture, maturity and needs
- Strong team working skills
- Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Common-sense and pragmatism when engaging non-specialists in process improvement opportunity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to capture and explain goals and objectives to business
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills in an environment resistant to change
- A degree of political sensitivity and astuteness
