**Role Overview**:
**Visitor Management**: Greet visitors at the Head Office, notify the relevant departments, offer refreshments, and maintain a tidy reception area.

**Customer Service**: Escalate customer complaints to the appropriate person for resolution and provide excellent service to all visitors and callers.

**Mail & Stationery Management**: Sort and distribute incoming mail, frank outgoing mail, and manage stationery orders for Head Office departments.

**Additional Responsibilities**: Liaise with drivers for cheque signing, order cash supplies, and provide holiday cover as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £23,795.20 per year
