Workshop Controller

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6.00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm (every other Saturday)

**Salary**:

- Basic: £33,435
- OTE: £37.435

**Key Responsibilities**

As our **Workshop Controller**, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, driving high levels of productivity, and maintaining exceptional standards of service. Your core responsibilities will include:

- **Efficient Workload Management**: Oversee and prioritize workshop tasks to ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and motivate a team of technicians to maintain optimal productivity and quality of work.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all repairs and services are carried out to the highest standards, meeting both customer expectations and company protocols.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure all workshop operations comply with health and safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- **Previous Experience**: Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Quality Controller within the automotive industry.
- **Qualifications**: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in an automotive-related discipline.
- **Full UK Driving License**: A clean driving record is essential.
- **Passion & Drive**: A strong work ethic, combined with a passion for the motor trade and a desire to drive the business forward.
