An international law firm is recruiting for a Front of House / Estates Assistant to join their Birmingham city centre-based office. This position is primarily front of the house with a focus on creating good working relationships within the office and providinga first-class service to external and internal clients. Some key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
Front of house:
- Welcoming all clients, external and internal visitors
- Ensuring the client suite and front desk area are clear of any clutter and kept neat and tidy
- Communicating with PAs and Legal advisors o understand requirements for events and client visits
- Managing and organising client hospitality and travel arrangements
- Setting up and preparing meeting rooms with all the requested equipment
- Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with queries where possible
Estates assistant:
- Printing of large scare plans and folding them in line with departmental standards
- Collating and copying documents
- Scanning and reproduction of large complex files
- Document binding
- Archiving documents
This role would be perfect for someone who can work with a team and maintain a positive and confident attitude. The successful individual will also be required to have high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
