One of our Clients in Bournemouth is looking for a Clinical Lead for their purpose-built Nursing Home in Christchurch BH23. The home is rated **"Good"** in CQC and is a purpose-built **62-bed nursing home**. The care home specialise in nursing and dementia care from a fabulous location that makes for a popular seaside retreat for up to forty-six individuals. **Job Details as Clinical Lead**: **Job Type**: Full-Time Location: Christchurch BH23 **Salary**: £23 per hour **Responsibilities as Clinical Lead**: As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our nursing home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents, are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
