The projects include everything from a £2m flat refurbishment to a £30m triple storey home with basements comprising cinemas, gymnasiums, and exquisite rooms finished to the highest standard.

**About the Cost Manager Opportunity**:
They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help deliver these projects. You will have recent consultancy environment experience, but you could come from a contractor background. Being MRICS chartered is NOT essential for the position butis welcome. You will need to be commercially aware, a lateral thinker, and enjoy providing first-class service to your clients. You will want to work as part of a young and dynamic team with an informal modern way of working.
