Our client in the Packaging Industry is looking for 3 Machine Operatives to join their large team in their Office based in Corby. They are looking for eager people who are looking to progress through their company through the range of training sessions theycan offer you. This can potentially lead to a team leader role further down the line.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring Machines are running at maximum efficiency
- Performing regulatory quality checks on the machines
- Reporting directly to the Team leader on production or any issues
- Work to Health & Safety regulations set on the work floor
- Ensure Workspace is clean and up to standard

**Experience Needed**:

- No specific experience is needed for this role as all training will be provided to you
- Experience in a Fast-paced environment is Beneficial but not needed
- Experience working on a factory floor or warehouse is also extremely beneficial
