Waingels Gardens Day Nursery is a welcoming and vibrant nursery in the grounds of Waingels College in Woodley, dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Our mission is to inspire young minds, cultivate creativity, and foster a love for learning.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated **Level 3 Early Years Educator** to join our team on a full or part-time basis. If you’re enthusiastic about making a positive difference in children’s lives, we’d love to hear from you

**Work Pattern
- 4 or 5 days a week**

**Shifts of 8am-6pm, 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring all individual needs are met.
- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Level 3 qualification** in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- A commitment to providing inclusive and high-quality care.
