Are you a reliable and experienced cleaning supervisor looking to make a difference in your local community?

We’re recruiting **two Operations**Supervisors** to join our Facilities Services team, supporting the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across Rotherham schools.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll lead cleaning teams, maintain standards, and ensure our school environments are clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils and staff.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supervising daily cleaning operations across multiple school sites, ensuring service specifications are met.
- Conducting regular site visits and audits to monitor standards and respond to reactive needs.
- Coordinating cleaning cover to maintain service delivery across locations.
- Leading deep cleaning tasks during school holidays.
- Supporting administrative duties including payroll, leave and absence reporting, and stock ordering.
- Maintaining professional communication with school staff and internal customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in cleaning supervision, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
