**The Finishing Foreman/Manager role**:
You will report to the works manager and be responsible for overseeing the internal aspect of the build.

The role will require effective communication with all present within the project team to ensure full responsibility to achieving all aspects of Build Sure.
- Ensuring the responsibilities identified to you in the Company Health and Safety Policy Part 2 are conducted in accordance with the Company Management System (CMS)
- Site management of health and safety
- Supervising all trades and operatives on site
- Attend weekly progress meetings
- Assist the Project Manager by ensuring all staff, operatives and supply chain partners attend site inductions
- Manage and direct daily “Black Hat” briefings for the coordination of trade contractors and sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions including quality, health and safety and environmental
- Agree sub-contractors long term and short term programs and monitor performance.
- Snagging and De-snagging

**Your profile**:

- Experience in a finishing foreman role
- Managed finishes from conception to completion
- Internal fit out experience
- Proven working experience of supervising on site works
- Good knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules and regulations and quality standards
- A good comprehension of all facets of the construction process
