The new-build 144-room **Ibis Bridgwater** - opened in March 2021 - managed by Cycas Hospitality and is Cycas’ first property under the Ibis name by the Accor brand. The five-storey property incorporates a ground-floor restaurant named the Keepers Kitchen & Bar, and meeting facilities.

**Job Scope**

The Keepers Kitchen & Bar is a new fresh concept from Accor and this opening will only be the fourth of it's kind in the UK. It's a great place to relax, unwind and indulge, morning, noon or night.

Keeper's is open all day offering British, international classics and Keeper’s favourite dishes, featuring our signature house honey.

To ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times. To complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company. Promotes the desired work culture around our company values.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Deliver food and beverage service of a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- Actively engages in up-selling strategies
- Converse with guests about beverage offerings including wine and cocktails
- Cellar operations are carried out efficiently while adhering to stock control procedures
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Assist with receiving and storage of goods
- Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
- Assists with preparations for food and beverage functions and service
- Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including:

- Cleaning of equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining glassware and china fr service
- Preparatin of waiter service stations
- Preparatin of tables
- Serving of beverages
- Table service
- Recrding of replacement stock
- Billing prcedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
- Ordering and strage of mini-bar items
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
