Our client, a well established worldwide firm in Reigate are looking for a Management Accountant to join their Accountancy team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. The role comes with a great hybrid working split and offers a very quick start.

Our client, a well established worldwide firm in Reigate are looking for a Management Accountant to join their Accountancy team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. The role comes with a great hybrid working split and offers a very quick start.
**Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and analyse income and expenditure, investigating and reporting on variances and discrepancies.
- Manage balance sheets - ensuring clarity and accuracy of reconciliations.
- Preparation and analysis of the UK and US companies tax compliance requirements.
- Assist with year-end audits, ensuring UK standards are met for UK entities.
- Lead the production of company payrolls, including bonus and commission schemes.
- Supporting the Finance Manager with healthcare, life insurance and pension requirements
- Identify and support areas for process, reporting and systems improvement.
- Support and training where appropriate.
- Support the Finance Manager and wider team where needed.
- Building and developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
