We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to drive our online visibility, ensuring that School Jotter remains the top choice for educational institutions seeking digital solutions. This role is critical in enhancing our search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and optimising our digital presence to better serve schools and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**: Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve website rankings and drive targeted organic traffic.
- **Keyword Research & Analysis**: Identify and prioritise high-value keywords relevant to the education sector, ensuring alignment with School Jotter’s offerings.
- **On-Page Optimisation**: Optimise website content, meta tags, and site structure to enhance search engine performance while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work with the content team to produce SEO-optimised blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets that resonate with educators and MAT decision-makers.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed optimisation.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors’ SEO strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- **Local SEO**: Develop targeted strategies to boost visibility for schools and MATs searching for solutions within their regions.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
