**The School**:
An Ofsted rated 'outstanding' school in Guildford is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support young people (4-16 years of age) with learning and additional needs. The role has an ASAP start.

**The role**:
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join an infant school in Guildford. The infant school are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child 1:1 in the classroom. You may later gain responsibility towork with whole classes, run small group interventions and work with other students on a 1:1 basis.

Previous experience working with Special Needs (SEN) is desirable for this position, but experience is not necessary - just a commitment to your input into a child's education is essential. The school are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to be proactive,engaged and enthusiastic about their role.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with the SENCO and other SEN professionals, such as the speech and language therapist and ABA therapist to support children's progress. The infant school are looking for an ambitious and dedicated teaching assistantsto be fully committed to their role and committed to their professional development. The school will provide additional training where required for the successful teaching assistant so this is a fantastic opportunity to, not only build your classroom experience,but also develop your knowledge and skills

This will give you amazing experience to train as a teacher in the future for successful SEN Teaching Assistants.
