**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of sales and develop their skills in a supportive environment. As a Sales Trainee, you will be introduced to our products and services while gaining valuable experience in customer engagement, relationship building, and sales techniques.

**Duties**
- Participate in training sessions to learn about our products, services, and sales processes.
- Assist senior sales staff in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand your professional network.

**Qualifications**
- A strong desire to pursue a career in sales with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £1,250.00-£2,152.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
