**JOB PURPOSE**

The Quality Manager will be quality focused with health and safety knowledge, have a responsibility of line management of a team of EHSQ Engineers and Inspection Engineers.

The Quality Manager's activities span the following key areas:

- Project based Quality roles and activities. Responsible for the project specific quality management arrangements. Ensuring that all customer specific requirements are reviewed and where required incorporated into the company integrated management system(IMS). Responsible for the project specific quality management of suppliers working to their own processes / procedures in support of a company project.
- Employee Development
- Line Management
- Tendering Tasks
- Supporting Central EHSSQ functions

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Significant experience of quality assurance activities in the manufacturing / construction, installation, commissioning industry
- Excellent working knowledge of ISO 9001 management systems with experience of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Competent auditor
- Self-motivated with an ability to liaise at all levels and can advise senior leadership
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of software.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Required:

- Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (or willing to work towards)
- IRCA Accredited Lead Auditor qualification

Desirable:

- CSWIP / Weld Inspection Qualifications
- NEBOSH NGC
- IOSH Managing Safely
