We have an exciting role for a Compliance and Contract Administrator to join our Compliance Team. You will provide admin support to the Head of Compliance helping to monitor and update data management systems to make sure all homes are safe for customers.
**Job requirements**
- Monitor, update and manage systems to make sure all our homes stay compliant.
- Provide support to help maintain the systems and databases.
- Be the main contact for admin of the electrical installation condition report system.
- Capture and input health and safety data within our housing and asset management systems.
- Control the lift compliance system making sure all lifts are inspected following Group policies.
- Issue work orders for remedial actions following health and safety assessments. Making sure they are carried out to service time-scales.
- Provide contractor support by arranging appointments and providing information to them in a timely manner.
- Organise follow up works and respond to any recommendations made by contractors and report them to the Head of Compliance.
- Issue contractor payment by invoice and certificate.

**What we’re looking for**
- Someone with a good general level of education including English and Maths
- Experience of working in health, safety, compliance, housing or a maintenance environment in an admin or data driven role.
- The ability to work by following data protection guidelines and to agreed budgets.
- An understanding of data management with knowledge of how to use systems, databases and spreadsheets.
- A good knowledge of building maintenance, health, safety and compliance.
- Good IT skills able to use internal systems and databases.
- Great communications skills to enable you to work well alongside your team, customers and contractors.
- Committed to keeping residents safe in their own homes.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,690.00 per year
