HR Trainee

PS Human Resources are looking for an enthusiastic trainee to join our team and learn to become a HR professional.
The role must cover Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop in HR and gain experience within a wide variety of HR areas.
PSHR is a locally based HR consultancy that operates within a range of industries and sectors providing tailored HR services around the UK.
Main duties include:
- Supporting HR Consultants where required with any projects including creating any supporting HR documentation (Employee handbook, policies, procedures, letters etc), research tasks, or attendance at meetings
- Ensure up to date and accurate records are kept for all client work, updating our HR systems where required
- Act as the BreatheHR advocate, supporting clients and consultants with the use of the HR system.
- Developing effective relationships with our clients to ensure they feel supported and our services are making a difference. This will be further supported by undertaking regular client calls.
- Promote our services and solutions to our clients, identifying any potential business development opportunities for HR Consultants to follow up
- Attend networking events and activities where required
- Office administration duties as required
