Can you support a child with Special Educational Needs?
A local school has contacted Teaching Personnel in their pursuit for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is committed to providing the care and support students need to reach their full potential.
They are looking for a Teaching Assistant that can help provide a specialised learning programme, individualised to the child’s needs. This may include 1:1 support with activities or in small groups, assistance with classroom expectations and extra encouragementto complete their tasks. The child may also need physical support or personal care, however training and support would be provided to support with these specific needs.
Understand the needs of your 1:1 child, be their constant in an ever-changing classroom environment and see them flourish.
We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and easily adaptable, previous experience is advantageous but not a necessity. Join a warm, supportive and welcoming team, and help them achieve their mission.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
