- The hours of work and shift patterns are **22:00pm to 06:00am, Monday to Friday**:

- The rate of pay is**:£12.50 per hour**

Main Responsibilities
As a Night Hygiene Operative, you will:

- Carry out cleaning in all areas in accordance with cleaning schedules
- Handle chemicals when cleaning different areas
- Be acccountable for ensuring the chemicals are used responsibly and appropriately in order to avoid any potential health risks to yourself/others
- Ensure all the equipment in the factory (machinery, belts, etc.) is cleaned to a high standard - full training and PPE will be provided
- Ensure customer specifications are met (Quality of cleaning standards meets and exceeds expectations)
- Complete daily hygiene control sheets
- Carry out relevant corrective action within an agreed timescale
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ensure water usage is kept to a minimum & chemical is used at the correct concentration.
- Be comfortable to work in confined spaces
- Be comfortable working at height
- Be happy to work in hot and cold environments

Our ideal Night Hygiene Operative will:

- Have a passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met
- Be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment
- Enjoy working at pace
- Have the motivation to take action and achieve results

Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to consumers via major retailers. Our colleagues work across ten primary sites across the UK, where chickens are transported from nearby farms for processing and at our cutting sites prepared for portioning, deboning, and filleting.

UK Poultry predominantly produces private-label products for major retailers. We know our proficiency is in processing, so we work with experts in other fields such as: hatching, farming, animal husbandry and transport to ensure that our supply chain is as effective and efficient as possible.
