Position - Team Leader for Young People

Location - Bristol or Gloucester
Salary - GBP27,898 p.a
Hours - 37 hours per week. Exact shift hours to be agreed with the employer.

About the role - Your role is to work in partnership with the management team to ensure the provision of high-quality support. Contributing to the assessment and management of risk to the young people, carrying out audits and providing first hand care. Ensure support plans are followed and the young people reach agreed goals, supervising support workers and providing leadership
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required - We are looking for people who have had supervisory experienced in a children or young persons supported living environment, ideally working towards their level 3 in residential child care
