**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also ensuring that the café remains a welcoming space for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including workstations and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to make Latte Art.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 16 per week
