Home Instead are recruiting for Community Care Workers across Perth & Surrounding areas to provide high quality care at home services to the elderly & vulnerable within your community.

We are looking for individuals to join our care family that are dedicated to treating others how they wish to be treated, kind-hearted with a great big smile to brighten everyone's day.

Your role is to travel throughout the community, visiting the same clients on a weekly basis to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship. Build fantastic relationships with clients and families and watch them thrive independently within their own homes.
- Everyone has to start someone _so NO previous care experience is required, full training and ongoing support is provided to all staff members._

As a CAREGiver with Home Instead you will be required to provide a variety of non-medical services to assist clients in living as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
- Based in Perth but may be asked to cover areas such Crieff/ Auchterarder and Cupar_
**Full Time Working Pattern -**
- Working hours are variable between the hours of 7am & 10pm including breaks & travel time - you will _**_not_**_ work full days every day._
**Option 1**:

- **Tuesday - Saturday....Off Sunday & Monday
**Option 2**:

- Sunday to Thursday....Off Friday & Saturday
- After completing your probationary period, you will be able to swap to alternative weekends, meaning every 2nd weekend is a long weekend_
**The Role**:

- Travel throughout the Perthshire area delivering care home services including personal care, domestic tasks and companionship
- **
1 hour or longer with every client, visit the same clients at the same times every week**
- Pay rates of **£11.00** per hour + mileage contribution
- Variety of contracts from Part Time to Full Time
- Progression opportunities into senior positions such as Senior Care Staff, Supervisor, Management & other business area's
- Free SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification _(within first 5 years)_

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience desirable or personal experience looking after a loved one.
