Print Room Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating a range of machinery including digital printing machines, flatbed UV printers, printing finishing machines, laser cutting/engraving machines, and sign-making tools. Training will be provided for machinery usage.
- Experience in product development would be an advantage to assist with setting up new products in production.
- Special emphasis on operating the UV printing flatbed machine, ensuring high-quality prints and optimal machine performance.
- Assembling products made from various materials such as wood, acrylic, paper, and ceramics.
- Contributing to stock management by handling deliveries and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free workshop environment, while providing assistance to other departments when necessary.
- Displaying excellent attention to detail, including sorting and counting materials/orders accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Experience and good knowledge working with Rastalink or Fiery printing software beneficial.
- Exceptional care and attention to detail, with the ability to focus on the task at hand.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in IT skills.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, capable of problem-solving and using initiative.
- Passionate, bubbly, and enthusiastic about your work.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to high-quality finish standards.
- Good timekeeping abilities, meeting deadlines, and performing well under pressure.
- Availability for extended working hours, if required.
- Experience using Laser cutting, Foiling, and production printing is beneficial but not essential.

**Please note: Our Labrador dog will be in the workshop most days, so the successful applicant must be dog-friendly.
