**Desired**:

- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- Understanding, compassionate and encouraging to clients, regardless of levels of fitness and exercise experience.
- Have a genuine desire to help others
- Flexible as people working in the education sector have an ever shifting day to day schedule.

**The job role**:

- Build and plan training programs for our clients that are both safe and match their needs, promote/improve physical and mental wellbeing.
- Be prepared to effectively deliver seminars and presentations to existing or potential clients both virtually and in person at conferences and off-site locations.
- Visit Schools to deliver Fitness/Nutritional advice either as a general workshop or in a one-to-one scenario.
- Manage and update the SAS Gym Application which has tailored workout options, calorie/exercise trackers and a whole host of other features.
- Support our national weight loss programme with nutritional advice for our clients.
