**Who are we?**
Zoo Events Group is a nationwide industry-leading provider of Luxury washroom facilities and temporary accommodation for boutique campsites. We work with some of the largest festival organisers, as well as prestigious events such as Download, Latitude, Wilderness, Boomtown & Lost Village

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable **Warehouse Supervisor**to oversee the preparation, loading, unloading and maintenance of our glamping equipment. In this key role you’ll ensure everything is in top condition and event ready.

**Warehouse Supervisor: £28,000-£32,000 per hour (based on direct, relevant experience)**
**Job Type: Full time**
**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) with overtime and weekend availability**
**Work Location: In person, based between Warminster and Salisbury**

**The role**:
This is a guaranteed 40 hours per week contract with opportunities for overtime and occasional work onsite at exciting events. Please note that this job role may involve occasional weekend working and flexibility is a must. We’re open to individuals who are self-employed or interested in a part time contract. **Duties include**:

- Supervise, organise and maintain the Glamping warehouses and equipment.
- Maintain all stock to a working standard and report any damages or losses.
- Conduct routine stock counts and location checks of equipment.
- Sort and prepare goods for delivery, including accurate labelling and transport paperwork.
- Work accurately from load sheets & packing lists.
- Liaise with all incoming and outgoing transport to ensure smooth operations.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage (forklift experience essential).
- Inspect equipment thoroughly before and after hire.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth operations and deadlines are met.
- Oversee warehouse assistants including creating work schedules and task assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures, overseeing teams' adherence to safe and efficient practices.
- Update and maintain accurate spreadsheets to track operational data and support team performance.
- All other Ad-hoc duties where required.

The roles and responsibilities will vary from day to day so you will need to be ready to adapt and work on your own initiative when required.

**The requirements**:
This is a hands-on position, we're looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Proven experience successfully operating within a logistics, transport, and/or supply chain function as a team leader, supervisor or similar role.
- An effective team player who can motivate and encourage others to achieve team goals.
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear instructions, ensure team alignment and support efficient task execution.
- Confidence in decision-making with the ability to assess situations and make quick, effective choices under pressure.
- Good IT navigation skills, including Google Suite or MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Practical, hands-on skills.
- Be physically fit enough to work 9 hours a day on your feet as a lot of aspects of the job will require manual labour.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Forklift experience is **essential**(additional training can be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail.
