**This is a new position which provides an opportunity to join a leading specialist in their field. This is an exciting time of development, delivering some extraordinary projects.**

**About you**
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- +1 years’ experience, ideally in Commercial projects.
- Full driving licence.

**Reporting to the Senior QS you will.**
- Build relationships with Contracts Manger’s and Site teams to deliver quality projects.
- Prepare tenders, cost estimates and quotations within client deadlines.
- Manage sub-contractor packages through from appointment to final account.
- Provide monthly cost reports in line with project budgets.
- Identify cost issues.
- Submission of all valuations and variations on schemes.
- Visit on site to view works completed, quality and management of costs.
- Other adhoc duties
