Experienced Mechanic

Algo (Blairgowrie) Ltd is looking for an Experienced Mechanic to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in maintaining and servicing heavy plant, agricultural machinery and general vehicle fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance, servicing, and repairs of our fleet, including agricultural machinery, diggers, rollers, dumpers
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs
- Working from our in-house mechanic workshop in Blairgowrie with travel to sites as required.
- Ensuring all vehicles and machinery are in safe and efficient working order to minimise downtime.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in servicing and repairing agricultural machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across construction plant and light vehicles.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plant Engineering, Servicing & Maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
