This indispensable Welsh charity is looking for an understanding and determined **Support Worker** to join the team at their purpose-built supported living service, which supports and assists people with complex mental illness to regain their independent living skills, including building positive relationships and feelingsof security, personal finance skills, and the self-management of their own mental and physical health, so that they can regain confidence and re-join the community.

The charity as a whole is dedicated to providing unified and comprehensive aid to vulnerable people with co-occurring mental health, addiction, and related conditions who have found themselves in difficult circumstances, such as with substance misuse, thecriminal justice system, or loss of sufficient housing or employment.

**A full-time position is 30h per week**, however **part-time hours are available**.

**Overtime opportunities may also be available (but are not guaranteed)**.

Some travel will be required, meaning you will need access to your own transport for this role.

**Person specification**:
You **must** have previous experience as a Support Worker, or personal experience in recovering or supporting someone to recover from a mental health/addiction condition.

You **must** have access to your own transport - some travel will be required.
