**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, driving customer engagement and loyalty across both B2B (professional clinics) and DTC (retail) channels.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing our CRM strategy, delivering impactful campaigns, refining segmentation, and building personalised customer journeys. **Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Execution & Optimisation_
- Manage the CRM campaign calendar and briefing process.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM tools and loyalty programmes.
- Data & Performance Analysis_
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Track key lifecycle metrics such as churn and repeat purchase rates.
- Maintain clean, GDPR-compliant CRM databases.
- Run A/B tests to optimise content, timing, and segmentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration_
- Brief creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align CRM activity with commercial goals and brand campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo, SFMC, Emarsys, or similar.
- Confidence working with segmentation, Excel, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity and organisational skills.

Nice to Have’s:

- A passion for skincare, beauty, or aesthetics.
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
