Description

To further ensure and grow our Health Sciences business, we are currently looking for a Training Coordinator, Global Training. In this role, you will join our team in the coordination and delivery of NSF’s successful Pharmaceutical Training program.

**What you will be doing**:
As Training Coordinator, you will report to the Pharmaceutical Business Lead, Global Training and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Act as the customer service point of contact for the Pharmaceutical training programme and triage enquiries as required
- Work with the Pharmaceutical Business Lead to develop the content of the Annual Public Training Schedule and delivering assigned courses to meet business revenue targets, whilst managing costs
- Coordinate the end to end process for the delivery of all assigned training courses to defined schedules, i.e. securing venues where appropriate, scheduling NSF expert trainers, creating courses within the event management and learning management systems, monitoring course bookings, preparing course material, liaising with Clients/learners, managing payments and invoicing and managing course feedback
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop all course materials; complete all requested course updates and design of material content; upload course content into course library and onto the LMS.
- Carry out course enrolments of all learners in the training LMS and ensure learners are aware of any pre-requisite training and manage any learner queries
- Arrange and manage logistics and support for virtual classrooms; partner with third party moderation services when required
- Provide post-course follow-up to all delegates, partners, tutors and management as required
- Data reporting on all courses and events and work with the Business Lead to identify new course opportunities
- Assist with marketing efforts to ensure all training courses are listed on the NSF website correctly and that marketing materials are kept up to date

Qualifications
- No bachelor’s degree is required. A qualification in Learning and Development and/or instructional design is desirable
- Previous experience with a client-facing role is required, desirably in a training capacity or event management
- Good MS PowerPoint skills in developing training material content
- Experience with using a learning management system (LMS) and virtual training platform Zoom
- Strong communicator both oral and written
- Ability to interact with external clients, partners and vendors
- Prioritize work, work independently and stress resistant
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to client service
- Continuous improvement mindset
