**About Us**

We are now looking for a qualified **Level 3 Early Years Practitioner** to join our friendly nursery family and help us make every day magical for the children in our care.

**About the Role**

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you’ll be right at the heart of nursery life. From messy play and story time to outdoor adventures and quiet cuddles, you’ll help children learn, grow, and develop in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll also take on the important role of key person, building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Planning and leading exciting, play-based activities that spark curiosity and imagination.
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Being a key person, observing and recording progress, and celebrating every milestone.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children feel happy and confident.
- Helping with daily routines like mealtimes, naps, and personal care.
- Working closely with your team to make the nursery the very best it can be.

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**
- Holds a full and relevant **Level 3 Early Years qualification**.
- Loves working with young children and has a caring, positive attitude.
- Can bring energy, creativity, and fun to every day.
- Understands the EYFS and how to support children’s development.
- Is a great team player with strong communication skills.
- Wants to make a real difference in children’s lives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.90 per hour

Expected hours: 30.75 - 41 per week
