**What are we looking for in our Head of Room?**

**For you to have a minimum level 3 for our Head of Room in Childcare Learning and Development**
- Minimum 2 year’s childcare experience for our Head of Room Practitioners
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Good understanding of Planning, observation and Assessment
- A firm understanding of children’s development needs and individual learning styles from birth to 5 years
- Are you a Critical thinking and can you be Creative with this?
- You understand the importance of supporting children’s transitions
- Have the knowledge that the environments the Third Teacher
- Unlocking Learning Outdoors
- For a team member who knows the importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- The importance of supporting your team's personal and professional development
- The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture
- The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brentford, TW8 0AP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 2 years (preferred)
- Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
