**Josh's Care Company is looking for an individual to join our** **team as a Care Coordinator**
We currently provide a high level care to 7 individuals with complex care needs living in their own homes.
Your role will consist of co-ordinating carers on the packages with supervisory responsibilities, creating rotas and carrying out 1:1's and supervisions with staff, completing and reviewing care plans along with other administrative duties, participating in the on call rota as part of the coordinator role, at times in an emergency you may be required to cover shifts if needed to maintain staffing at a care package this could be either a day or night shift.
Our service users have twenty four shifts with staff been allocated 12 hour days and nights, you will be responsible for over seeing the rota's for staff ensuring continuity and communication.
Monday to Friday with rotating on call, rotating on call at weekends paid at an addition.
starting at £25,000 per annum.
