Weekend Receptionist

Manchester Audi are committed to providing our customers with a premium level of service, -within this role you will often be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical part in making sure we meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers and brand fans, from the point of initial enquiry - whether that be over the phone, online or across social media - to maintaining the post-sale relationship.

This a permanent position working part time hours which will be 15 hours per week across Saturday and Sunday. There is also an option to work more hours during the week.

**A bit about the role**:

- Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome
- Offer first class customer service and understanding the customers’ requirements
- Ensure all customer facing areas are clean, neat, and tidy always adhering to the agreed Housekeeping Standards
- Always maintain a high degree of customer service
- Ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business to maximise service and parts business

- Has outstanding communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Has good attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
- Is self-motivated and with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Is committed to always delivering a high level of customer service
