Security & Safety Team - Haven
Responsible for the Health and Safety of self and others and for Customer Care, a Security & Safety Team member contributes to the overall purpose of the business by providing our customers with excellent service in a safe and secure environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the Health and Safety of self and others, for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests. They will also maintain acceptable noise levels in and around caravans, conducting regular perimeter patrolsand performing regular safety and fire-equipment checks.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Supporting other departments
- Delivery of gas bottles
- Basic maintenance (boiler top up, electric resets)
- Delivery of first class customer care.
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Checking membership passes
- Inspect safety equipment and fire exits
- Completion of control logs and reports
